MODULAM is a Polish company that aims at delivering modern and ecological solutions for the construction industry. The company’s name is derived from the concept of implementing modular solutions which make use of engineered wood, glulam (glued laminated timber) in particular. MODULAM operates both nationwide and abroad offering structural designs, delivery of construction elements and components, inspection and supervision of projects.
Who we are
We are a group of engineers whose mission is to look for simple yet sustainable design solutions. We like challenges and that’s why we are constantly busy researching cutting edge technologies. We value permanent and long-term cooperation with our clients and suppliers. As a result we’ve managed to establish a network of satisfied partners and customers.
What we do
Our primary product is the design. It is created according to a clear set of assumptions, based on our experience, knowledge and current construction standards. We prepare both construction designs required for obtaining building permits as well as detailed design documentation with step-by-step assembly manuals. Consequently, we deliver prefabricated elements to ensure the highest level of costs’ optimisation for your investment. Eventually, we are involved in the assembly process by supervising the proceedings and by keeping them as smooth as possible.
Current market trends with growing labour costs have steered us towards greater prefabrication. We are constantly working on the development of reproducible modular structures made from wood.
