Stage roofing – geodesic dome

Construction is based on Icosahedron dome with dia. 13,0 meter and height 5/9 of sphere. Glulam members are cut and drilled in CNC machines all connected in steel nodes.

Timber frame with rigid corners which create building’s arcade of the one-family house and glass façade structure made from prefabricated wooden lattice.

Boomerang roof girder with a span length of 26.6 m with purlins supporting the roof sheathing and stiffeners of lower zone in the form of bracing.

Church roof trusses

The glued-laminated timber structure supports traditional rafters. The structure was designed as trusses. All elements were prefabricates by CNC machine.

Arch elements made of glued laminated timber with a bending radius of 2.46 m.

The structure of the roof of the banquet hall

Wooden truss girders with a steel tendon. All components are CNC machined. Wood covered with a decorative preparation, steel were galvanized and fireproof painted.

Storage hall made of glued laminated timber

Supporting frame consisting of columns and a wooden girder in the shape of a double trapezoid. Walls are covered with sandwich panels, the roof is covered with structural sheet metal with PIR insulation and a roof membrane.

Social pavilion at the tennis court hall

Wooden structure using timber frame technology and the HBE system. The scope of the order also includes a building foundation design and prefabrication of all structural elements. During the works, we conducted author’s supervision.

DESIGN, DELIVERY AND ASSEMBLY OF THE STRUCTURE
Roof of sport and recreation centre

Geometrically complicated, multi-hipped roof. Main beams made of glued laminated timber, distributed radially. Rafters were installed between the beams. Almost each of the rafters had a different cut geometry. The assembly took 1.5 weeks.

A two-story hall, the ground floor in the structure of glued laminated timber (BSH) in the form of rigid frames, the first floor in the frame structure.
